We offer two levels of service:
(1) Tenant Placement Only
and/or
(2) Ongoing Monthly Property Management. Services:
1. Professionally Market the property for lease 2. Place sign (if allowed by HOA) and lockbox on property 3. Show the property to prospective tenants 4. Run credit checks on prospective tenants 5. Verify income, employment and rental history 6. Provide and execute the Lease 7. Collect and process rent 8. Post late notices as required 9. Send out monthly income and expense report to owner 10. Answer calls in regards to repairs and arrange completion 11. Schedule repairs with qualified service providers 12. Provide 1099 to owners yearly 13. Perform a pre-lease inspection and periodic site inspections 14. Perform a post-lease inspection 15. All other services, including evictions, may be subject to additional costs |
